| 150g/6oz | White Spelt Flour or Wholegrain Spelt Flour |
| 75g/3oz | Butter |
| 3-5 tbsp | Milk |
| 100g/4oz | Runny Honey |
| 1 | Egg |
| 100g/4oz | Pine Kernels |
Temperature & cooking time:
180°C/Fan160°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 25/30 minutes
