- We support and encourage Organic Farming, Ethical Trade and Fairtrade certification, which can offer more balanced trading systems.
- Doves Farm Foods is committed to the responsible sourcing of raw materials and ingredients.
- We do not use GM material, nanotechnology, enzymes, coloring, artificial flavoring, added nutrients, hydrogenated fat or soya.
- We prefer to use whole grains and every ingredient used in making a product is listed on the label.
- In 2009 Doves Farm Foods will focus on Food Safety, Allergens as well as reducing the salt content in baked goods.
