This is the only pasta I can have. Unfortunately all the other gluten and wheat free ones have either: corn, buckwheat or egg. This pasta is really tasty. It cooks very fast..4 mins. You cannot cook it any longer or it will go stodgy. It reheats in the microwave great. I often make enough for three meals and use it for lunches at work. 10 out of 10 for this product.
