Doves Farm started from our farm on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border. We bought a small mill in the late 70's and milled our own spelt flour. Our range of organic flours expanded with Health food shops and specialist bakeries loving our flours. They couldn't get enough and it was only 10 years later that the supermarkets realised the demand for Doves Farm products.
Our Brand has grown considerably but we still stick to our organic, ethical and fairtrade beliefs.
