Q: What do I do if you're out of stock of my favourite line?
We have scheduled bakery and mill timetables, and get stock in on a regular basis so if a product is not in stock, this should not be the case for too long. As a registered user, you can click on the "notify me when back in stock" link which appears next to an out of stock product, to receive an email when it becomes available again.

This isn't an issue with our website or Secure Trading. We suggest that you report your card details and the issue to the card provider, as they may be able to shed some light on the problem.
Q: What should I do if I am not happy with one of your products that I have purchased?
We hope that our products have reached you in perfect condition; if not, please let us know! Simply return the pack and contents to our freepost address below, explaining when and where they were purchased, and a brief description of what you think is wrong.

The best thing to do is email us as soon as possible on webenq@dovesfarm.co.uk and explain, with your order number, the issue.

Q: How do I know when my order DFxxxxxx will be dispatched?
Log on to your website account. Each order has an update of its progress. Once your order has been dispatched, there will be a tracking number displayed on your account, which can be used on the DPD website.
Q: I ordered ages ago, and still haven't received my package.
In this unlikely scenario, please send us an email with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Q: I live close by or am going via Doves Farm. Can I pick up my order rather than having it delivered?
Unfortunately not; we do not have the facility to deduct a delivery charge from orders, or an onsite shop at Doves Farm.
Q: A parcel has arrived but it does not have the packaging I was expecting.
The outer packaging does not represent the contents of the parcel. At Doves Farm, where possible, we use unwanted packaging to cut down on the waste our planet has to deal with.
Q: Can you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Q: Can you deliver to the rest of Europe, America, Africa, Asia or Australia?
At them moment we don't have the facility to set up a correct pricing structure for delivery to all continents. This will be the next step for us, and we hope to offer delivery further afield as soon as possible. Please check our delivery details page, where you will find a list of the countries we are currently able to delivery to.
