We aim to dispatch your internet shop order within 2 working days, however please allow 5 working days for arrival depending on the destination. Deliveries are sent with a carrier on a "before close of work" basis which means that your order should generally arrive with you before 5.30pm. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales above, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
This website is only for delivery of products to customers within the UK and Europe.
Free delivery for all mainland UK orders over £30 and under 30kg, unless otherwise stated.
UK orders below £30 carry a delivery charge according to the value and weight of the goods.

Saturday delivery options
If you chose a Saturday delivery the parcel will be delivered the next Saturday from dispatch of the order. The cost for a Saturday delivery is £12 per parcel.
Delivery before 12:00 noon
This delivery option is deliverered to the delivery address before 12:00 noon. The cost is £7.
Delivery to The Highlands & Islands of Scotland The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
There will be a charge per parcel of £13.00 to deliver to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, The Channel Islands and £10 for Northern Ireland.
