Indulgent Fairtrade cocoa is added to a special gluten free flour blend from our mill to create these delicious cookies. They are made using artisan methods and organic produce in our Wiltshire bakery, where everything that goes into the mixing bowl is on the ingredient list. The palm oil is responsibly sourced from sustainable farms which work to protect the eco system. We do not use genetically modified ingredients, controversial additives or hydrogenated fat.

Gluten Free Fairtrade, Organic Fig & Qunioa cookies combine plump ripe figs and quinoa to create the distinctive flavour this treat delivers. They are made using artisan methods in our dedicated gluten free bakery, where everything that goes into the mixing bowl is on the ingredient list. The palm oil is responsibly sourced from sustainable organic farms in Colombia, which work to protect the eco system. We do not use genetically modified ingredients, controversial additives or hydrogenated fat.

Gluten Free Self Raising White Flour 1kg

This Gluten Free flour is a blend milled from naturally gluten free rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat. It is perfect for anyone on a Gluten Free diet and can be substituted for everyday self raising flour although it will require a little extra liquid in most recipes. Many customers may not even notice resulting cakes are gluten free.

Using this 1kg size pack you can bake half a dozen cakes without any gluten. (Remember to keep all gluten free utensils and cooking separate from wheat products)
