I tried to make Kamut bread in a bread machine (Panasonic) , using "wholewheat" programme, and exact ingredients as specified on the packet.  The loaf rose very little, but though very flat it tasted quite good - with a soft, if compressed centre and a very crisp crust. Has anyone any suggestions for getting it to rise better?
