Just made this (waiting for it to cool) but it seems to have come out all right even if when it went into the oven I wasn't so sure. (I'll edit this when I test it on my family.)

Couple of things though:
1)I used medium eggs.
2)The topping is very runny, not sure if it is supposed to be (not mentioned in the method).
3)30ml of Cinnamon is rather imprecise, a weight would be more helpful.

30ml is equivalent to six teaspoons or two tablespoons.

1 tsp = 5ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml

Delicious spelty cake. Amount of cinnamon i thought must be wrong, 30 g (2 tbsp) but maybe it is right. i think i will try 1 tbsp next time as was certainly overpowering! But delicious - and great topping.
