Brilliant reviews, shall be trying this 'Roman Slipper Loaf'.  It is interesting to think that bread can be produced as the Romans used the same types of flour.
Have no idea how I've missed this great flour before, I'll make up for it though I intend to try out as many of the recipes as possible, it sounds a lovely, tasty flour to use with all the flavours that I like.  Ticks all the boxes for me.
