I also produce alot of mucous which I could do without! I'm always having to clear my throat.

I get tired and need to rest because I feel unable to carry on.
I'm trying to improve how I feel. Ive been only a few days gluten free and already notice a difference!!
Only problem I have is the cost?? It is expensive to keep up, and where I live the shops don't have a great variety of gluten free products.
