- We support and encourage Organic Farming, Ethical Trade and Fairtrade certification, which can offer more balanced trading systems.
- Doves Farm Foods is committed to the responsible sourcing of raw materials and ingredients.
- We do not use GM material, nanotechnology, enzymes, coloring, artificial flavoring, added nutrients, hydrogenated fat or soya.
- We prefer to use whole grains and every ingredient used in making a product is listed on the label.
In 2011, we have set the following goals for ourself:
- Improve consistency of product quality.
- Reduce food manufacturing waste.
In 2010 Doves Farm Foods focused on reducing and recycling food waste. We:
- Monitored of the types of food waste generated
- Reviewed production methods to reduce the amount of food that is sent for disposal.
- Reviewed food waste recycling
In 2009 Doves Farm Foods focused on Food Safety, Allergens as well as reducing the salt content in baked goods.
