Wholemeal Rye Flour (25kg)

Our Rye Flour is 100% stoneground and has a distinctive flavor. It is naturally lower in gluten than wheat, producing close textured breads with a pleasing continental flavor. Originating in Turkey it was extensively used during the Roman Empire to make rye bread.

This 25kg sack size suits serious home cooks, bread makers, small bakeries, catering companies, schools and foodservice kitchens.

Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.
