Non Organic Whole Spelt Flour (25kg)

Ancient relative of modern wheat, spelt grain, triticum speltum, was widely grown by the Romans. This non-organic, 100% wholegrain flour has complex flavours and bakes a delicious loaf.

This 25kg sack size suits serious home cooks, bread makers, small bakeries, catering companies, schools and foodservice kitchens.

Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.
