Excellent flour - the best. I have always used since I became aware of Doves Farm at least eight or nine years ago and it still tastes good - lets hope it stays that way. I always use fresh yeast - never dried as it gives an inferior loaf in my opinion - and yes you can use fresh yeast in your bread maker just make sure you calculate the correct amount!
