Our Organic Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour is milled the old fashioned way, using a blend of strong hard wheats in the stoneground  process, to create a 100% wholemeal flour.

We've selected the finest wheat to create a flour that's ideal for use in bread machines and oven baked yeast cookery.
