Gram Flour is milled from naturally gluten and wheat free gram or Chana Dahl. This is a type of small chickpea with a fine yellow color, and is used to make onion bhajias and other Middle Eastern or Indian dishes. Some times called Besan flour, it is also useful for thickening soups or sauces.
This 25kg sack is for the serious user, normally; small bakeries, catering companies and very busy kitchens.
Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.
