Barley flour is created when we mill pearl barley to form a creamy coloured flour on our millstones. This 25kg sack size suits serious home cooks, bread makers, small bakeries, catering companies, schools and busy foodservice kitchens.
Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.
