Naturally gluten free & wheat free, plain in flavour, creamy in colour and easy to digest; rice flour can be used to make great puddings and biscuits. It can also be used to thicken sauces in sweet and savoury dishes.

This  is a 1kg pack.

Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.

I used the white rice flour in a victoria sponge cake recipe and it is absolutly delicious.I had trouble finding a stockist of the flour and only bought one packet-all my family and friends loved the cake so much i've baked 3 big cakes and 12 cupcakes in 3 days and used all the flour. Nobody who tasted it has any allergies or food intolerances but loved the taste. I'm going to buy more than one bag next time!!!!
