Malthouse Bread Flour is made from wheat and rye flours combined with flaked malted grains for a wholesome crunchy texture. It is ideal for use in bread machines and ovens, and makes a really tasty loaf.
Using this 1 kg size pack you can bake two good malthouse bread loaves.
Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.

Absolutly love this flour. The taste and texture of it is oh so good. I bought a few different bags of flour to do test bakes and this is by far the tastiest of the brown flours.
Love this flour, makes a great loaf. I sometimes add a dollop of marmite to increase the malty flavour, great with cheese. One bag makes two good sized loaves,sometimes mix with half a kilo of Wholemeal too.
