Love the Wholegrain Spelt flour, even my son who refuses to eat 'brown bread' loves this as bread. Have yet to use in other recipes, but when the bread is this good..!

I seem to have converted my whole family to spelt flour. I use it in my favourite wholemeal honey cake, to make gorgeous chocolate chip cookies and when I have to time, bread! It's a really good all rounder when I've replaced any standard recipe with doves farm spelt. Fully recommended!

I have made Roman bread many times and in large quantities, its is delicious, keeps very well and works in many other dishes, Spelt, cheese and honey balls are particularly good.

Very pleased with the Roman bread made from recipe on back of pack. Very easy and quick. Lovely close texture and slighty sweet. Be interesting to experiment with different types of honey. Lovely toasted.
