Our White Bread Flour is milled from strong hard organic wheat varieties. It is ideal for use in bread machines and ovens, and should make a nice light but filling loaf.
This 1.5kg pack of white flour is ideal for baking at home with recipes on the side of the pack.

I use Dove's Farm flours exclusively, this Organic white makes a fantastic loaf using the Dove Farms recipe. Rather than vegetable oil I add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into the mix, totally scrummy.
