Our Self Raising Flour is stone ground very finely from soft English wheat grain with added rising agents. This 100% wholemeal flour will make surprisingly light home made cakes.

This is a 1kg pack of flour ideal for use at home.

Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.
