Organic Gluten Free Plain White Flour is a blend of naturally gluten and wheat free ingredients and is a perfect special diet alternative to everyday wheat flour. This blend has been made using only certied organic ingredients.
Our Gluten Free Flour will need a little extra liquid in most standard recipes, or follow our own gluten free recipes for best results. When making cakes, add organic gluten free Baking Powder to the dry flour before use; about 1tsp per 100g should be enough.
