I love this flour. Makes a beautiful loaf in bread maker as per recipe on the pack.
I use this flour to make soda bread (with an equal quantity of plain wheat flour and a good shake of course ground oatmeal). It makes a delicious seedy/granary type bread with bags of flavour. The barley flour gives it a unique flavour and also keeps the loaf softer when baked.
I have to eat wheat free and find this flour a tasty alternative.
I make bread by hand, from the recipe on the pack and its beautiful!!
My partner and I love this flour. We usually mix it with the Organic Strong Wholemeal flour (in a 50/50 proportion) in our bread maker or oven. The flavour is nutty and delicious and we like the texture with the linseeds and barley flakes.
