This flour is so versatile. Cakes are so light and no one knows its not wheat flour. Drop scones are good too. The beauty of it is, you just use it in place of normal self raising flour. (Just adding a bit more liquid). Congratulations to Doves on their award. They deserve it.

I made the fairy cakes from the recipe on the pack - amazing! They are so light. And I made my shrove Tuesday pancakes, really yummy. I am so glad I found your flour as I love baking and really thought I was either going to have to stop or suffer everytime I made goodies. Highly recommended.

This made fantastic fairy cakes, I couldn't tell the difference from usual flour. My gluten intolerant daughter is happy again!
