Organic Strong White Bread Flour (5x1.5kg)

Our White Bread Flour is milled from strong hard organic wheat varieties. It is ideal for use in bread machines and ovens, and should make a nice light but filling loaf.

This case contains five 1.5kg packs and will provide a busy cook enough bread flour to make roughly 15 loves of bread.

Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.

I have tried many bread flours some from some terribly posh and upmarket places and some cheap flours from the likes of T**** and L***. This is the only one that honestly lists all the ingredients in the flour - a HUGE PLUS - as the others do not even list the ingredients they are required to add by law. It produces good bread which everyone praises - best value for money high quality flour I have used and would not use any other now.
