Our Self Raising Flour is milled from soft English wheat with added raising agents. This flour is ideal for deliciously light home made cakes like Lemon Sponge Cake, Cappucino Cake or Frosted Chocolate Layer Cake.

This pack contains five 1kilo packs for use on separate occasions. It is ideal for busy cooks and chefs wanting to keep flour in stock for baking.

Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.
