Our award winning KAMUT ® khorasan flour was originally grown for the pharaohs in Egypt. It is an ancient wheat variety, naturally high in protein and minerals such as selenium. It is milled the old fashioned way, using a stoneground process.
This wholegrain flour is excellent for making pasta and bread and has a unique and subtle taste.
This pack contains five separate 1kg packs and is ideal for busy cooks and chefs wanting to keep flour in stock for baking.

I've started using this flour for almost everything now. I makes a great replacement for plain flour and I can't believe its wholemeal. Even my kids love it.
Love this flour, great flavour, easy to use; even my highly critical son will eat this.
