Buckwheat Flour 1kg

Buckwheat flour is milled from naturally gluten and wheat free buckwheat, sometimes known as Sarrasin. This flour has a speckled appearance and slightly sweet taste. This 100% buckwheat flour is ideal for pancakes, blini, noodle and pasta making.

Common buckwheat was domesticated and first cultivated in southeast Asia, possibly around 6000 BC. This is a 1kg bag of flour.

Gluten & Wheat Free Self Raising White Flour 1kg

This Gluten and Wheat Free flour is a blend milled from naturally gluten and wheat free rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat. It is perfect for anyone on a Gluten Free diet and can be substituted for everyday self raising flour although it will require a little extra liquid in most recipes. Many customers may not even notice resulting cakes are gluten free.

Using this 1kg size pack you can bake half a dozen cakes without any gluten or wheat. (Remember to keep all gluten free utensils and cooking separate from wheat products)

Gram Flour 1kg

Gram Flour is milled from naturally gluten and wheat free gram or Chana Dahl. This is a type of small chickpea with a fine yellow color, and is used to make onion bhajias and other Middle Eastern or Indian dishes. Some times called Besan flour, it is also useful for thickening soups or sauces.

Organic Baking Powder 130g

Our Organic Baking Powder is a classic raising agent for adding to plain flours when making cakes, scones and puddings.Each tube contains 130g of Organic Baking Powder, enough to make 26 Cinnamon cakes or a variety or other cakes.

Organic Barleycorn Bread Flour 1kg

Barleycorn flour is made from wheat and barley flours combined with malted barley flakes and Omega 3 rich linseeds. It is ideal for use in the oven or bread machines, and makes fantastic granary bread.

Using this 1kilo size pack you can bake two loaves or around 24 good Barleycorn rolls.

Our Gluten Free, Organic Cornflour is great for thickening sauces and desserts. This is a useful aide in the kitchen, and is designed to sit alongside your other baking ingredients.
