I really enjoyed these biscuits! Really great flavour and texture considering no wheat,egg,dairy,nuts.

I have to look @ the ranges of 'FREE-FROM' in shops as I have high BP, high Cholerstol. I found your biscuits in Waitrose and bought a packet. However, when home and looking @ the ingredients, I was horrified to see that you included Palm-Oil in them. As this is one of the highest forms of cholesterol, I have to say that I will not be buying them again. I buy goods with either Rapeseed oil or Olive oil in them.
I will however continue to look at your products but will make sure I read the ingredients before buying.
I do think you are doing a wonderful job with the other 'lack' of ingredients and thank you.Because of the Palm Oil, I am giving 1 star but if there was no Palm oil, then I would award 5 stars.
