Figgy Flapjack Display Organic Fairtrade 16x40g

Perfect for tucking into your backpack or handbag as a delicious on-the-go-treat, this fruity Fairtrade, organic flapjack contains whole pieces of fig which compliment the wholegrain oats.

Made from organic produce in our Wiltshire bakery, everything that goes into the mixing bowl is on the ingredient list. We do not use genetically modified ingredients, controversial additives or hydrogenated fats.

Gluten Free Biscuit crumb Organic & Fairtrade 4kg

This 4kg catering pack of coarse golden cookie crumb made from naturally gluten free rice, is ideal for cheesecake bases.

Cheesecake Base

1. Melt 300g butter.

2. Stir in 1kg Cookie Crumb.

3. Press into oiled cheesecake tins.

4. Chill for 30 minutes.

5. Add cheesecake topping as per your recipe.

Gluten Free Sponge Mix (3 x 1kg)

We have created this 3kg catering pack of sponge mix especially for food service settings where gluten free cake or sponge is required. Blend with water, oil and egg for basic sponges or add additional flavourings.

Basic Sponge Cake

1. Beat together 1000g Sponge Mix with 325g Egg and 650ml Milk.

2. Spread into oiled baking trays.

3. Oven bake at Fan 170˚C for 30 minutes.
 

Lemon Zest Cookie Pieces 2x500g

This box contains 2x500g packets of gluten free Lemon Zest Cookies.

They are perfect simply enjoyed with a cup of tea, or great used as an ingredient in baking. Try sprinkling pieces of broken biscuit over puddings or ice cream, adding melted butter to make them into a cheesecake base, or use to add a crunch to your crumble topping.

Please note, some cookies may be imperfect - either broken biscuits or irregular in shape.

Organic Baking Powder (3 x 1kg)

Perfect for use in sponges, cakes and puddings - this 3x1kg pack of organic baking powder is ideal for busy cooks or catering settings.

Baking

1. Add 1tsp of baking powder to the mix per 100g of flour.

2. Continue as per your recipe.

Organic Brown Rice Penne Pasta 1 x 5KG

Our award-winning Gluten Free and Organic Brown Rice Fusilli is warmly welcomed by those avoiding wheat and gluten. Made in Italy from brown rice, this pasta has the additional benefit of being wholegrain.

This 5kg bulk pack is ideal for restaurants or caterers looking for an easy to prepare gluten free offering for their menu.

To cook Brown Rice Penne ‘al dente’ boil in plenty of water for 6-8 minutes.

Organic Corn Flour (3 x 1kg)

Our gluten free, Organic Cornflour is great for thickening sauces, soups and desserts. This is a useful aide in the kitchen, and designed to sit alongside your other baking ingredients.

For all bread baking, just add this Quick Yeast straight from the pack to the dry ingredients in your recipe.
