Our Gluten Free crispy Cereal Flakes are low in fat. Made from a naturally gluten free blend of rice and buckwheat (no relation to wheat) the grains are complex carbohydrates that are satisfying to eat and will provide you with energy for the day, making our Cereal Flakes the perfect breakfast.

This case contains eight 375g packs for use on separate occasions. It's ideal for cereal lovers, caterers, guest houses or big families.

I love these handy for breakfast or a quick snack. The doves crisper chocolate rice is also great. I can now enjoy cereal in morning. Many other products have an awful 'fake' taste!
