Easy to use sheets of organic pure pork gelatine that will dissolve in water in a few minutes. It can be used in puddings, pies, jellies and as a stabiliser.This is presently the only organic gelatine on the UK market.
1. Soak 6-8 gelatine leaves in cold water for about 5 minutes then drain well.
2. Warm 500ml liquid, juice, milk or cream.
3. Add the gelatin and stir over heat, without boiling, until dissolved.
4. Alternatively dissolve the gelatin in a pan over low heat while stirring.
5. Add a few spoons of cold liquid from a 500ml measure of liquid, juice, milk or cream, then stir everything together over heat without boiling.
6. Place the gelatine mixture in a bowl or mould and chill to set.
