Gluten Free Sponge Mix (3 x 1kg)
We have created this 3kg catering pack of sponge mix especially for food service settings where gluten free cake or sponge is required. Blend with water, oil and egg for basic sponges or add additional flavourings.
Basic Sponge Cake
1. Beat together 1000g Sponge Mix with 325g Egg and 650ml Milk.
2. Spread into oiled baking trays.
3. Oven bake at Fan 170˚C for 30 minutes.

Sugar, Rice flour, Maize Flour, Potato flour, Fat, tapioca Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Monocalcium phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, xanthan gum.
