Good for adding texture in a variety of gluten free foods. Ideal for making your own sausages.
Herb & Onion Stuffing
1. Mix together 1kg Rusk Crumb, 150g diced onion & 75g herbs and seasoning.
2. Add 300ml oil and 2lt water.
3. Press into oiled baking trays and bake for 25/30 minutes in an oven pre heated to 190°C/Fan170°C/375°F/Gas.
For sausage filling mix 1kg Rusk Crumb with 5kg ground meat and seasoning then fill sausage casings.
