This 4kg catering pack of coarse golden cookie crumb made from naturally gluten free rice, is ideal for cheesecake bases.
Cheesecake Base
1. Melt 300g butter.
2. Stir in 1kg Cookie Crumb.
3. Press into oiled cheesecake tins.
4. Chill for 30 minutes.
5. Add cheesecake topping as per your recipe.
