Our Organic Fine Plain Wholemeal Bread Flour is milled the old fashioned way, using whole grains of English wheat in the stoneground process, to create a fine and sievable 100% wholemeal flour.   Perfect for general use, light wholemeal cakes, pastry and sauces.

Organic Self Raising White Flour (5x1kg)

Our Self Raising Flour is milled from soft English wheat with added raising agents. This flour is ideal for deliciously light home made cakes like Lemon Sponge Cake, Cappucino Cake or Frosted Chocolate Layer Cake.

Organic Self Raising Wholemeal Flour (5x1kg)

Our Organic Self Raising Wholemeal Flour is milled the old fashioned way, using very finely stoneground soft English wheat grain, with rising agents. This 100% wholemeal flour will make surprisingly light cakes.

This pack contains five separate 1kg packs and is ideal for busy cooks and chefs wanting to keep flour in stock for baking.

Organic Strong White Bread Flour (5x1.5kg)

Our White Bread Flour is milled from strong hard organic wheat varieties. It is ideal for use in bread machines and ovens, and should make a nice light but filling loaf.

This case contains five 1.5kg packs and will provide a busy cook enough bread flour to make roughly 15 loves of bread.

Our Organic Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour is milled using a blend of strong hard wheats, to create a 100% wholemeal flour.  We've selected the finest wheats to create a flour that's ideal for use in bread machines and oven baked yeast cookery.

This pack contains five separate 1.5kg packs and is ideal for busy cooks and chefs wanting to keep flour in stock for baking.  It provides enough flour to make roughly 15 loaves of bread.

Originating in Turkey, Rye was extensively used during the Roman Empire to make rye bread.

Our Organic Rye Flour has a distinctive flavour and is still milled the old fashioned way, using whole grains of rye in the stoneground process.  It is naturally lower in gluten than wheat, producing close textured breads with a pleasing continental flavour.
