Buckwheat Flour (5x1kg)

Buckwheat flour is milled from naturally gluten and wheat free buckwheat, sometimes known as Sarrasin. This flour has a speckled appearance and slightly sweet taste. This 100% buckwheat flour is ideal for pancakes, blini, noodle and pasta making.

Common buckwheat was domesticated and first cultivated in southeast Asia, possibly around 6000 BC. This case contains five 1kg bags of flour.

Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.

These whole wheat cereal biscuits are made from delicious wholegrains grown by UK farmers under the Soil Association's Ethical Organic scheme.
