I always buy Doves Farm cereals for breakfast because they are organic and taste good. My body ask me to change the type from time to time, so I keep changing the cereals weekly. I had never tried this corn flakes because they look like the other brands and I am not very fan. Well, one day I just try them. They are delicious. I have 3 boxes in my cupboard, please don't change the recipe of these cereals.

I didn't like them at first, with the polystyreney texture but when left to soften in the milk for a while they're ok and they don't go soggy. But they are only suitable for breakfast, I tried using them for cornflake cakes and they were the wrong texture so slightly disappointing.

These are nice and prob the best Gluten Free Corn Flakes you can get. Although I like the Doves Farm Cereal Flakes - Buckwheat /Rice. So filling and feels like a real cereal- which it is.
